Description of the bug and how we can reproduce it:

Select A File To Upload (.log .txt) - In your Documents folder you will find a folder with the same name as one of our products for example documents\iDumPod2iTunes\ and in this folder you will find a file called debug.txt. Please send us this file as it will show the failure point.
