Extended download service
As soon as updates are made available, they are pushed to the RegNow extended download service so that users can obtain them straight away. For piece of mind, please obtain this service. If you do not have this extended service and your computer crashes and you lose your registered product IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS, we will provide another copy free of charge.
AS SOON AS YOU PURCHASE THE FULL VERSION, MAKE A BACKUP AND KEEP A COPY OF YOUR PURCHASE DETAILS (INVOICE/RECEIPT) SAFE. You will need this information when you contact us for support.
Due to the amount of people requesting another copy due to their computer crashing and not being able to provide us with their registration details, we no longer provide a new download link after 30 days. This is why it is important for users to purchase the extended download service as all updates are place in this system and made available.
This new process supersedes all other statements and began on 1st March 2010.
