  When you contact us

If you require support then it is important you provide the following information.

1. Purchase order number.
2. Full name
3. Email address used when you purchased the product.
4. Full product name. Its no good calling everything iDump.

If the email is a general query from a non registered user then it will be given a lower priority.

When you contact us it is very important that your provide as much information as possible.

Explain step by step what you did so we can repeat the same sequence of events to make the same problem happen on our test machines.

Send us screen shots of the problem and information about the version of iTunes and your iPod model/type.

In the Documents folder, you will find a folder with the same name as the product. In this folder you will find a log file ending in .txt. you need to send us this file along with a description of the problem.
